On Free, AI features pause until your wallet resets at the start of the next period — the rest of the app keeps working. On Pro and Squad you can raise your cap so work continues, with overage billed only past your included amount.
Yes, on paid plans. Set a higher ceiling in your billing settings and you only pay for usage above your included $20. Leave the cap where it is and you will never be charged more than your subscription.
Squad is $40 per seat each month. Every seat adds $40 of included usage to one shared pool, so your group levels up together without anyone hitting a wall first.
Yes. Connect your own model provider keys and that usage runs at cost with no markup from us — it does not draw down your Kaizen wallet at all.
No. Your included usage refreshes at the start of each billing period and does not carry forward. Raising your cap only matters in periods where you actually exceed the included amount.
Anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything you are paying for until then. No lock-in, no cancellation fee.
